The Château de Lalande, which was selected for the Michelin Guide 2016 and awarded “highly recommended” in the Carnet Gourmand Châteaux & Hôtels Collection [gastronomy guide] offers a gourmet break for lunch or dinner in Annesse-et-Beaulieu in Vallée de l’Isle, near Périgueux and 5 km from Saint Astier. (15km from Bourdeilles then Brantôme - 1h from Sarlat)

The restaurant invites you to take a seat, and embark upon journey of taste in a cosy, soothing atmosphere.

The gourmet restaurant is managed by Chef Yves Staebell, Master Restaurateur and is part of the Collège Culinaire de France.

He makes refined, creative dishes, mainly using local products. This allows the products to shine, revealing exquisite taste combinations.

In this magical place, the cuisine is tasty and gourmet. It combines origins with originality to delight connoisseurs.

During your stay, discover how our chef lets the spotlight shine on périgourdine specialities such as the duck in all its forms, Dordogne sturgeon, chestnuts and walnuts, porcini mushrooms, and black truffles.

If the weather is good, the restaurant expands out onto the terrace. Enjoy eating outside, protected by the spacious covered structure.

General menu and set menus

Château de Lalande invites you to taste our gourmet “HOMEMADE” food. Our set menus and our general menu change regularly depending on the products available at market.

Specialities by our chef, Yves Staebell: Périgord duck breast of with 3 vinegars and roasted figs, Small Grenaille potatoes with fleur de sel, Stuffed, pan-fried fillet of Aquitaine sturgeon, Creamy Arborio risotto and barigoule purple artichoke.

Le "Fait Maison" est une cuisine fabriquée dans l’entreprise à partir de produits bruts.
 Le canard provient de la Ferme La Belaudie à Vanxains ( 24) puis est transformé par nos soins
